Oliver Churcher - Friday, April 09, 2010

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the recent National Golf Club Challenge Motocaddy competition at the Scottish Golf Show was Graham McKellar from Lanarkshire. His prize was a brand new 2010 Motocaddy S1 Digital & Pro-Series Cart Bag with a value of £400!

The National Golf Club Challenge teamed up with show organisers for the duration of the show and introduced Help for Heroes as the shows official benefiting charity. Together with various volunteers from the military the challenge team worked tirelessly on a number of features throughout the show over the course of the three days. Thanks to the generosity of Scottish golfers the show was a massive success for Help for Heroes raising almost £10,000 which is a truly remarkable effort.

Motocaddy expands to meet demand!

Adrian Richardson - Thursday, February 11, 2010

Motocaddy, the most innovative brand in the powered trolley market, has added an extra 6,000 sq ft of warehouse space to its Hertfordshire headquarters to cope with the continued demand for its award-winning product range.

Sales of Motocaddy trolleys have increased by an average of 28% over the last three years. So to keep up with this extra demand the company has extended into a large neighbouring unit at its base near Stansted Airport.

It is the latest in a series of expansions and means Motocaddy now occupies 15,000 sq ft – more than twice as much floor space as when the company first moved to the current location in February 2006. The extra warehouse allows Motocaddy to stock more products, including its three popular trolley models in a variety of colours, plus six new bag designs and a wide range of batteries and accessories.

“The warehouse expansion illustrates just how much Motocaddy has grown as a brand since we launched in 2005,” said Rod Brown, Managing Director of Motocaddy Ltd. “It also allows us to plan ahead for an even more successful future, both in the UK and abroad.”

Motocaddy has recently introduced re-styled versions of the pioneering S3 Digital and S1 Digital electric trolleys, as well as a range of innovative accessories and its first ladies’ trolley and bags. Products are available direct from www.motocaddy.com or from leading Pro Shops and golf retail outlets across the UK and Europe.
